Anti-Aging Treatments for Lines & Wrinkles

Lip Filler Treatments:  Dr Fink's aesthetic eye with lip augmentation has resulted in clients who come as far away as California for his ability in aesthetic enhancement of the lip, building a lip which is both sensual and subtle at the same time!

Botox Cosmetic Injections:  A term that truly needs no explanation! Dr Fink teaches Botox, lasers and fillers throughout the world.

Juvederm and Restylane Injectable Fillers:  A self-absorbing popular filler that lasts 5-6 months, these safe products are commonly used to renew the face, softening the nasolabial folds [the line from the nose to the side of the mouth], revolumize the cheeks and soften the jaw line. 

Hand Augmentation:  A woman's hands may "give away" her age. Though not often requested, Dr Fink will discuss the ups and downs of this approach.  We use a combination of dermal fillers, peels and microdermabasion.

Affirm Laser Therapy: This fractionated system can be used for stretch mark reduction as well as facial rejuvenation. One to two days of redness and three to four treatments, are the usual course of therapy that results in a significant improvement in the lines around the eyes and mouth.

Fractionated Laser Skin Resurfacing: Using "CAP" technology, our fractionated laser can reduce fine lines and wrinkles and cause some degree of skin tightening.

Medical Microdermabrasion:  Still a great treatment even with the advent of lasers, this technique uses a combination of suction and high flow crystals to soften the skin, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, soften scars, improve pigmentation and acne.

Chemical peels: From the simple Lactic peel to the VI Peel, when done on a regular basis, these peels can soften fine lines and wrinkles, improve acne, shrink pores and lessen problems with pigmentation. Dr Fink was the first doctor in New York to offer the VI Peel and has probably had more experience with this peel than most anyone else. While not for everyone, this peel can be nicknamed "the laser in a bottle" as it exceeds most expectations in skin rejuvenation.

Photofacials: Our Intense Pulsed Light technology can be used to improve rosacea, eliminate small blood vessels on the face, lessen pigmentation, improve acne and stimulate collagen production.

Photodynamic Therapy:  Probably the best treatment on the market for acne, this is a very intense treatment for those with acne that has not responded to the typical medications and nutritional guidance. Not for everyone and this technique requires significant post procedure care and strict following of post-procedure instructions.

Ultrasound Collagen Evaluations:  Want to know how your skin is aging? Dr Fink's Ultrasound can look at collagen in the skin and tell you if your products are really working, or just burning a hole in your wallet!

MicroLaser Peel:  Probably the most popular laser in years and the procedure that put Sciton on the map, this 3-5 day redness procedure can reduce lines throughout the face, soften the skin, remove unwanted pigment, reduce pore size, reduce acne scarring and cause some degree of skin tightening. 

Laser Hair Removal

LASER HAIR REMOVAL:   Dr. Fink oversees over 100,000 laser procedures a year and can thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of laser hair removal BODY TREATMENTS.

Cellulite Treatment:  Dr Fink’s office will be offering the Smooth Shapes laser for cellulite reduction. Dr Fink has been a leading clinical researcher in cellulite and has published original research on it in peer reviewed cosmetic journals.

Stretch Mark Reduction: Using our fractionated laser, we have brought about a 40% improvement in stretch marks in some people, though results certainly vary!

Further, if your breathing is not getting better under the care of your present physician, Dr Fink is glad to offer you a second opinion about the options available to make your breathing better.

Wound Care: As a Board Certified Internist, in conjunction with laser treatment, Dr Fink welcomes those with poor healing wounds into his practice.
